Prime Minister Boris Johnson said two U.K. nationals and the child of a U.K. national were among the casualties in Thursday’s suicide bombing at the Abbey Gate outside Hamid Karzai International Airport. He said their deaths “underline” the urgency to evacuate everyone who qualifies, and his government will “shift Heaven and Earth” to get everyone out of Afghanistan in the “second phase” who didn’t make it out in these final hours.
