Study the Bible with Professors In Israel!

I was recently informed by my friend Dr. Seth Postell, who teaches in Israel, about an upcoming Zoom Open House to be conducted by Bar Ilan University in regard to studying at Bar Ilan. Details are below. Bar Ilan is specifically encouraging evangelical Christians to participate and study at the university. Bar Ilan has degree programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels (BA, MA, PhD).

Seth is the academic dean at One For Israel’s Bible College, Israel College of the Bible. He has taken course work at Bar Ilan, and recommends it as a great place for Christians serious about learning Scripture in the context of the biblical world and ancient Judaism. He asked that I encourage students to attend one of the Zoom meetings and to watch this video testimonial from Dr. Dominick Hernandez, a current professor of Bible at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (Louisville, KY), who attended Bar Ilan.

There are two Zoom Open House meetings on October 13 that students could sign up for and attend, one in the morning, the other in the evening.
