An Israeli official has claimed that the United Nations Relief and Works Agency is a “haven for Hamas’ radical ideology” after an Israeli intelligence report estimated that around 10% of the agency’s 12,000 staffers in Gaza have ties to Hamas and other Islamic terror groups.
