Team USA’s Elana Meyers Taylor made Olympic history over the weekend when she earned her fifth Olympic medal during the two-women bobsled event.
She is now not only the most decorated bobsled competitor in US Olympic history but the most decorated female bobsled racer at the Olympics ever!
As previously reported, Elana Meyers Taylor was already making headlines these Olympic games because of her outspoken advocacy for Down syndrome awareness and her support and encouragement to other female athletes that it is possible to start a family while still pursuing your dreams.
Congratulations, Elana! It is a joy to celebrate your Olympic success as you represent our country, to cheer you on in motherhood as you remind us that every person deserves to love and be loved, and as you shine the light of Jesus Christ in your life for His glory.
