This week, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky has taken the unprecedented step of creating policy by deciding to reinstitute a ban on evictions of tenants from privately-owned housing. Although Director Walensky has no authority or ability to legislate, she has decided to create her own legislation without any thought or concern for the rights of private property owners.
By using the deconstructive tool of Covid-19, CDC Director Walensky and the Biden administration continuously use the virus to circumvent constitutional law and even direct rulings of the United States Supreme Court.
What we are seeing is the overturning of our republic’s systems as we are transitioned into systems of another form of government and for a new order of our world.
