A man who pleaded guilty to shooting and killing Indianapolis Pastor Davey Blackburn’s 28-year-old pregnant wife six years ago has been sentenced to 29 years in prison and asked to cooperate with the state in the prosecutions of two other men charged in the robbery and murder case.
