Almost Half of Americans Think Voter Fraud Clinched Election for Joe Biden

Nearly half of Americans believe that enough voter fraud occurred during the 2020 General Election to hand the win to Vice President Joe Biden, according to a recent poll.

Conducted from November 17-18 by Rasmussen Reports, the poll revealed what Americans currently think about the ongoing legal drama surrounding the election.

One of the questions asked for the polls was, “How likely is it that Democrats stole votes or destroyed pro-Trump ballots in several states to ensure that Biden would win?”

In response, 75% of Republicans said it was “very likely” or “somewhat likely” including 39% of unaffiliated voters and 30% of Democrat voters.

All told, 47% of all voters said it was likely Democrats stole enough votes to ensure Biden would win the general election.

Additionally, it seems millions of Americans are losing confidence that their respective authorities will correctly count their votes.

Before the election, 94% believed that their vote would correctly be counted and accurately reported. Following the election, that number has fallen drastically to just 71%.

As of the most recent vote tallies, Vice President Joe Biden is currently leading President Trump by 10,457 votes in the state of Arizona, 12,670 votes in Georgia, 154,199 votes in Michigan, 81,660 votes in Pennsylvania and 20,608 votes in the state of Wisconsin.

According to The Washington Examiner, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is starting to get involved in looking for potential voter fraud. The agency has “requested the files from an independent investigation of people who allegedly voted in several states,” The Examiner reported.

The Voter Integrity Project, which the FBI requested the files from, is conducted by the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society and claims it has uncovered hundreds of thousands of potential problem ballots.

“The FBI has proactively and directly requested from me the VIP [Voter Integrity Project] findings that indicates illegal ballots,” Matt Braynard tweeted on Monday. “By Tuesday, we will have delivered to the agency all of our data, including names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.”

On Friday November 27, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals ruled 3-0 against the Trump Campaign which has filed several legal challenges in Pennsylvania as it seeks to reverse the current vote totals in that state.

“The campaign tries to repackage these state-law claims as unconstitutional discrimination. Yet its allegations are vague and conclusory. It never alleges that anyone treated the Trump Campaign or Trump votes worse than it treated the Biden campaign or Biden votes,” the Third Circuit wrote.

“Nor does the campaign deserve an injunction to undo Pennsylvania’s certification of its votes. The campaign’s claims have no merit. The number of ballots it specifically challenges is far smaller than the roughly 81,000-vote margin of victory. And it never claims fraud or that any votes were cast by illegal voters. Plus, tossing out millions of mail-in ballots would be drastic and unprecedented, disenfranchising a huge swath of the electorate and upsetting all down-ballot races too,” the court added.

All three judges on the Third Circuit panel were appointed by Republican presidents.

Jenna Ellis, Senior Legal Advisor to the Trump Campaign, and Attorney Rudy Giuliani wrote on Twitter following the ruling that the campaign would be appealing the decision to the U.S. Supreme Court.

“The activist judicial machinery in Pennsylvania continues to cover up the allegations of massive fraud,” Ellis wrote. “On to SCOTUS!”

Besides convincing judges to throw out certain votes or reverse the current election results, another way the president could win is through state legislatures.

Under Article Two Section One of the U.S. Constitution, “Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress.”

Theoretically, if enough members of a state legislature agree to appoint a certain candidate’s slate of electors, the legislature could declare a candidate as the winner of the state’s electors, regardless of which candidate won the most votes in that state.

Any such move would be certain to prompt immediate and intense backlash from voters.

A recent attempt by the Pennsylvania legislature to intervene in the certification of the state’s results failed on Saturday, November 28.

Time is quickly running out for the president’s legal team to provide evidence of widespread voter fraud and persuade judges to rule in their favor. Several states, including Arizona and Michigan, have already certified Vice President Biden as the winner of their electoral votes.
