The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit issued a stay on Saturday temporarily halting the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate that would have required companies of 100 employees or fewer to force their workers to get vaccinated or be tested weekly for the virus.
