Unless he’s checking his mailbox, Pastor Tony Spell of Life Tabernacle Church in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, has been ordered to go no closer than 50 yards to the home of a 20-year-old neighbor he beat up last month for allegedly threatening to rape and murder his family and harm his congregation.
