Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., claimed during a Tuesday appearance on “The Joe Rogan Experience” that he has repeatedly issued criminal referrals for Dr. Anthony Fauci over lying to Congress, but that the U.S. Department of Justice has continued to ignore them even under President Donald Trump.
