Texas shelter housing migrants sees spike in COVID-19 infections

Migrant families coming across the border into Texas amid a new immigration wave are testing positive for COVID-19 at a much higher rate — up to 10 times higher in some quarters — than the positive test rate among the U.S. population, which is 3.5%.
