“Mike Adams was a staunch atheist and a liberal. While doing criminology research down in Ecuador, after seeing the mistreatment of prisoners, he realized that there has to be an objective standard of good by which he could make sense of evil and injustice. He met a death row inmate down there who had a very low IQ, but he had read the Bible and he was a Christian. And Mike thought to himself: “I’ve never even read the Bible”. He went and he read the Bible, he became a Christian, and he knew there had to be a standard of good out there that would make the injustice he saw in this prison a true injustice.”
